| Description: |
Fun with Faith Program begins with a light supper in Torvend Hall at 6:15pm then breaks into groups for classes at 7pm.
Jan 16, 23, 30 classes are:
Bible Study - Texts of Terror, Tragic, violent stories of women in the Old Testament. Based on book written by OT scholar Phyllis Trible. Led by Kumar Dasari.
Faith & Justice - Jewish Holidays, a continuation of Norman Soloman's "Judaism - A Very Short Introduction." Led by Pr Gabi.
Life Skills - The Secret to Leadership & Transformation Mini-Lab, life skills for personal and organizational transformation. Open to all, special focus for congregational leaders. Led by Pr Carol.
Sacred Space - Our Church: Paraments & Symbols, what are they? What do they mean? How are they made? What do the colors mean? Led by Jo Ann Conly and Loid Eid.
