Join us for a day in Monterey where you can make your own adventure. Enjoy the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, kayak in the bay, or ride a bike or surrey on the beautiful pathway along the ocean. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to round out your visit. This trip is good for all – bring your family and friends!
Meet: Bethel Parking lot at 8:15
Fuel Cost: $5 pp or $20 for family of 4 or more, (Cash or check made out to “Bethel Lutheran Church”)
Other Costs: For your chosen adventure – see possibilities below
Food: Find a favorite restaurant on Cannery Row or bring your own sack lunch
Return: Back to Bethel by 5:30pm

1. Monterey Bay Aquarium (Tickets available at the door) Prices: $49.95/adult, $29.95/child 3-12, FREE/child under 3, $39.95/13-17 or with college ID, $39.95/Senior 65+
2. Adventures by the Sea (call 831-372-1807 for more information)
a. Bike Rental: $10/hr, $25/half day (4 hrs), $35/full day (8 hrs)
b. Surrey Rental: (2hr minimum) $25/hr. small (2-3), $35/hr. large (4-6)
c. Kayak Rental: (all day) $35/single kayak , $60/tandem kayak
3. Segway Tours of Monterey (call 831-324-4438 for reservations)
a. Historical Monterey Guided Tour: $85.00/2.5 hrs.
b. 17 Mile Drive Guided Tour: $99.00/3 hrs.
