II. A. Administration and Staffing
“Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.”
Accomplishing the expanded ministries in the Long Range Plan will require ongoing support provided by experienced and dedicated staff and capable volunteers. These resources must be properly organized and managed. This undoubtedly will require changes to existing functions and responsibilities, additions of new ones, and an increase in support personnel.
