II. D. Communications
1) reach those who are not aware of our ministries,
2) support the ministries, and
3) coordinate our support infrastructure. The committee recommends that the following be part of ministry support:
Improvement in public relations
Improved coordination within ministry programs and support infrastructure activities.
A communications plan should be developed, implemented and regularly updated. This plan should define communications needs and the techniques to be used to satisfy those needs.
