The Church is first and always a journeying people, moving toward God’s future reign as it brakes into the present.

The final, surrounding ellipse emphasizes that the context is critically important. The way the community shapes its life is essentially related to the context. Because God while drawing us into his reign is sending us out into the world as his people.

The orientation of leadership therefore, is transformational.
