Confirmation is an intentional process of spiritual growth designed to help bring Christ’s love from the head to the heart. Primarily designed for middle schoolers and their parents, First-Step Confirmation covers The Lord's Prayer, the Apostle's Creed, the Ten Commandments, Sacraments and a complete overview of the Bible in a 2 year cycle. In a typical 90-minute class session, a main teacher will lead a multimedia, multi-sensory learning event that conveys the main point for the session. Students will then be divided into small groups for discussion and prayer. At the end of each class session, students will participate in group-building activities, Quizbowls and group competitions. We take seriously the promises that parents make in baptism and we will do our best to help parents fulfill those promises.
