On Sunday, August 21 at 7:00 PM, the India Children's Choir will perform a free concert at Bethel. This internationally renowned choir, made up of nine to twelve-year-old children from Northeast India, will perform their stirring musical, "Headhunters to Hearthunters," which tells the story of their ancestors transformation from tribal headhunters to Christian missionaries, just two generations ago. The India Children's Choir tour is sponsored by Bibles for the World, the organization that first brought The Bible to Northeast India and had it translated into the Hmar language. There will be a free will offering to support the Bibles for the World ministry. Also, join us for an International Potluck Dinner at 5pm before the concert. Please bring a dish to share - ethnic dishes are encouraged. We are also looking for host homes for our guests for two nights. If you are able to open your home to 2 or more children and/or adults, please sign-up on the sheet posted in the narthex, or call the church office.
