Angels on Stage is a non-profit theater troupe for children (5-22 years) with special needs. We have used Bethel for a summer family picnic for the last two years. Everyone loves the facility. This event is open to anyone in the community. We would love to have Bethel members volunteer to help with set-up, serving and clean-up. We would also love to have anyone who would like to come hang out, meet our kids and families and learn more about Angels on Stage. Definitely families with children would be great too. Having children interact with peers who have special needs helps them to understand that in spite of some differences, all kids want to play, have fun and have friends. People usually have questions about the church and school, so it would be nice to have some Bethel members there.
