The Out-n-About bus will be stopping at two Summit Road wineries for tastings on January 15. Our first stop will be at Regale Winery. In addition to their delicious wines, they offer 6 varieties of wood fired pizzas, charcuterie boards, and more. There are a variety of table locations in their beautiful outdoor seating areas, all nestled into the beautifully sculptured gardens and vineyard. In addition, there is an indoor dining room on the second floor overlooking the gardens and the vineyard. Wine tastings are by sharing a bottle or by the glass. Bottle prices begin at $30 a bottle. We’ll also visit the Burrell School Winery tasting room and vineyard. As a special treat, there is live music on Saturdays! It creates a very fun atmosphere on their deck seating areas. It is free to visit the intriguing 1890 one-room schoolhouse. In addition, there is a beautiful view out toward the ocean across the vineyard. Wine tastings are available and yummy. Please meet everyone at church ready to board the bus by 11:30am and we’ll head up the hill in the warmth of the afternoon for some fun, as well as some wine. Our plan is to return by 4pm. Cost of the bus is $5 per person.
