Lutheran World Relief Northern California Ingathering at Bethel: All Lutheran Churches participate in making Quilts and Kits (School Bags, Baby Care, Personal Care & fabric Kits).
Last year there were 21 Churches participating with over 400 boxes. Bethel is the main gathering point with the 3 day event. St. James Church is the second location with a one day event on Saturday, October 15.
The boxes will be trucked to St. Paul, Minnesota and the. Will be shipped Internationally families in need around the world. Bethel Quilters will be sending 150 School bags and about 200 quilts.
