Covid Team Update

Our Covid Team met this week to review our policies related to state and county guidelines and to renew our commitment to offering safe and inviting worship and fellowship experiences. We will still require masking indoors for all and will demonstrate some of our safety measures in the following ways: In worship, we will continue to offer a distanced seating area on the right side of the sanctuary by letting folks know they can sit anywhere except on the quilts; the rest of the room is open seating, and we request that you are seated with the appropriate spacing. Worship leaders may still be unmasked when distanced, and communion servers will use hand sanitizer before the distribution.

For congregational meal events, we will have a sanitizer station at the start of the food line, and we ask that you wear your masks while serving up food. When outdoors, you may go unmasked but are always welcome to wear one if you feel more comfortable.

We will continue to keep you updated on our policies as we move into the future. As regulations change so may our requirements. Thanks again for your partnership in keeping our community safe.

Peace & Love,
Your Covid Team: Susan Leavitt, Janice Martinson, Jamie Laughlin, Brian Schuette, Alice Isaacson, Amanda Laughlin, and Tom Hoegel
