At True North, kids discover that they can trust in Jesus in a wild world! True North is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear and touch!

Hands on science experiments, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. (Since everything is hands on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.) Plus, we'll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life — something we call God Sightings. Get ready to hear that phrase a lot.

A Day at True North VBS

Each day at True North VBS, kids launch into field-tested rotations that reinforce relevant Bible Points and immerse kids in new adventures.

Registration is now open for children who will be 3 years old (potty trained) or have completed 5^th grade.
Cost is $84, per camper for the week for the morning program, 9am–12pm. Registration covers a VBS T-shirt, sciency gizmos, VBS music, snacks. We offer the option of credit card payment (via PushPay) or a check. Bethel's HUG (Help Us Go) financial aid is available and is kept confidential. Please inquire with Amanda Laughlin.

We are also offering True North Afternoon Care, 12pm–5pm, for anyone who would find this helpful. The added cost is $180 per camper and has limited space.

Here is how the registration works: Enter an email address that we can use to keep you informed. You need to provide information about any medications or food allergy. From a list, you select the grade completed and T-shirt size. In addition, you need to provide parent name, an emergency contact name, and best phone numbers. We ask permission to use photographs of your child. If you need help with registration, please call the office at 408-252-8500 and ask for Mary.

To ensure your spot, you must register by June 15.

Refund Policy: You may cancel and receive a refund at any time up to June 15.

Mission Project
Your kids will also participate in a hands on mission project, through a project called Operation Kid to Kid, that will provide kids in North America with new warm clothes and blankets.

True North VBS Food Drive Service Project
We will be partnering with West Valley Community Services as we all help drive out hunger and homelessness. West Valley Community Services has been providing support to women, children and men living in poverty in the west valley since 1973.

We are collecting non-refrigerated food items. During the week of VBS, all participating children have an opportunity to shop at our VBS store and pick out items that they would like to give to West Valley Community Services. This portion will be included in each child's registration fee. Children can also bring more money and/or food (from the given list) from home if they wish. VBS Family Sunday is the following Sunday, Jun 29. Join us for worship at 10:45am — Kids will sing songs they learned that week. After worship, join us on the playground for hot dogs and hamburgers from the Road Dogs food truck, Kona Ice, a water slide, jumpy house and crafts. The food truck is available beginning 10am for first service folks.
